The English Department hosted its second annual Graduate Student Showcase on May 3, 2019. A new fixture of Hopkins English, the Showcase provides students with an opportunity to present current research to peers and faculty members. Split into two sessions, this year’s Showcase featured six students presenting or pre-circulating work from forthcoming conferences, journal articles, and dissertation chapters.

In keeping with the English Department’s intellectual commitments, the Showcase allows students to develop their professional skills and receive feedback on their work from faculty members with a range of expertise.
